Using the portal / Account management
How do I create an account?
You can either create an account by clicking “My Account” on the top right of your screen or you will be asked to create an account during your first order on increaseyourperformance.com. After having validated your cart, you will be prompted to either fill in your login and password or to create an account if you do not have one already. Account creation is quick and easy, it is mandatory for ordering and allows you to spare time for your next visits.
What happens after I create an account?
The creation of your account will be validated once you receive an email from us summarizing your credentials.
Can I delete my account?
Please contact your local support if you wish to delete your account.
I have forgotten my password
Go to the “My Account” page. Click the link “Forgot your password” and fill in the required fields. An email will be sent to you to allow you to reset your password.
Can I modify my password?
Go to the “My Account” page. Connect with your current login and password, then click the link “Change password” on the “Account dashboard” page. You can also access the “Account information” page from the left column and tick the “Change password” box. From there you can fill in your current and new passwords.
What if I do not receive emails from increaseyourperformance.com to confirm my account creation??
Please contact your information system manager to allow emails from increaseyourperformance.com on your network.

How do I login to view the “My Account” page?
You can either click the “My Account” or the “Login” links on the top right of your screen and fill in your login and password. Your credentials are summarized in the email you received upon account creation. If you do not have an account yet, you can also create one from the “My Account” or “Login” pages by filling in required fields.
How do I logout from increaseyourperformance.com?
One you are logged in, you can click the “Log Out” link on the top right of your screen to close your session.
The page displayed on the screen is in English, how do I switch to another language?
You will find a drop-down list on the top right of your screen. If you click it, different countries and associated languages will be proposed to you. You can select one of them to display the store corresponding to your country and language. Please note that you cannot order from a store outside your own country.
